Medical magic wears off

After three weeks in the hospital that saw the Senior Bro gain 10 games on his younger brother, Sean needed an antidote to end the slide, and in Week 11 he managed to one.

With just two splits on the line, the Junior Bro got the sweep he needed as the Giants edged Atlanta in overtime, and Detroit beat Cleveland in a shootout between two of the league's cellar dwellers. Glenn's lead shrank to six games.

With all 32 teams in action for the first time since bye weeks began in Week 4, it was a wild week that saw the two remaining undefeated teams — New Orleans and Indianapolis — stay perfect, while the defending Stupor Bore champ Steelers fell to upstart Kansas City, and the Raiders upset the NFC North-leading Bengals.

Sean won the week with his 13-3 record, Glenn was second at 11-5, and Ben wound up third with his 9-7 mark. Our mutual correct picks included Green Bay, New Orleans, Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Minnesota, Arizona and New England. None of us expected Kansas City's or Oakland's wins.
